The following tips are important:

The Storefront is best viewed in IE 4.0. It works properly in Netscape 4.0 and WebTV but has some load time issues. Hand will continue to optimize it for an even better shopping experience.

When you see the Sign-in page you only need to input ONE e-mail address and ONE password if you are an existing customer.

New customers can now set themselves up in the system. You need to complete all fields on the sign-in page and remember the e-mail address and
password you select. If you don't know your password, try 'Welcome' or your first name. If neither of those work, email Webconnect1@webtv.net and we'll find out.

Please use the navigation buttons at the top of the Storefront, NOT your browser’s “back” and “forward” buttons.

Let’s clarify the Service Contract/Warranty products on the Storefront. There are 3 ways to purchase protection for most items we sell:
* Manufacturer’s Warranties are included in most items we sell, including VivaPro systems & VivaBooks.
* On-Site Service Contracts can be added when viewing the Cart. They are purchased for items in the Cart that have a check in the Service Contract column. When ordering a Service Contract, there can only be one “system” per Order (one pc, one printer, one monitor). Create a new Cart if you want additional systems covered by an On-Site Service Contract.
* After-the-Sale On-Site Service Contracts can be bought for eligible Hand products that you already own. These should be purchased in a completely separate Cart and Order.

Be sure to take a look at the Shopping Info and Customer Care sections. These are great resources.

If any serious error messages appear while you’re shopping in the Storefront, please paste the entire message into an e-mail, tell us what you were doing when the message occurred and send it to webmaster@handtech.com.
